Steroid creams and moisturisers are often utilised to take care of psoriasis and eczema. Psoriasis can also be treated by phototherapy: your epidermis is subjected to selected varieties of ultraviolet mild and
oral and injected prescription medication: medication that reduces the creation of your epidermis cells, such as biological remedies that focus on precise areas of the immune system. If in any doubt refer to your GP or a skin doctor, (epidermis doctor).

I have really bad eczema!
At the minute, I’m finding a mixture of Bio Oil for repair & moisturising after baths, Eumovate steroid cream for healing and Re-Gen Cream by Silkia for everyday moisturising to be very effective!
Also, oats in a small muslin bag, tied to the tap as you begin to run your bath, is very effective!
A small amount of Dettol may help, it’s helped me before. But not with the oats.
I’d recommend talking to your doctor about steroid cream/tablets. Tablets are short term and can relieve the symptoms so that you can control them easier. Steroid creams are for localised treatment, so if you’ve a particularly bad patch on your arm, you use the cream on your arm to heal it.
Eczema and psoriasis can never be fully CURED unless they’re simply contact eczema/psoriasis or allergic eczema/psoriasis that is aggrevated by things like dust/cat hairs etc.
Also consider vacuuming your matress often, both sides, washing your bed clothes regularly, investing in Egyptian cotton sheets, a matress protector to minimise dust mites etc.
I place a bowl of water under my radiator, to add humidity to the air.
Eczema can be horrible, so I hope it gets a little better for you! ♥
I’ve had Exzema for 10 years now, the Doc sais it will never go away completely, thats just the way it is.
The only product that comes close to a cure that I have found is “skin dr”. Check out the site for more info.
Hi, you can try one of the natural treatments available on the Internet – some of them do actually work. For my psor. I use herbal cream by Champori quite successfully. It takes just a couple of weeks to clear the spots and they then stay clear for months on end.
Try it: Champori is available online without prescription and comes with money back guarantee so if it doesn’t work for you – it’s free.
Cheers,
